SHIPPING
Shipping starts at $5.95 on any order in the continental United States- unless other arrangements are made at the time of ordering; all else depends on size and distance of order. Orders ship within 24 to 48 hours. Canada, Alaska, Hawaii and APO, AP shipments weighing over 5lbs will be shipped and billed at the prevailing Priority Mail/Postal rates.
 We mainly use UPS Ground but on occasion will elect to use priority mail depending on the distance from us and the weight of the package. If this is a problem you should specify UPS Ground only!!!! Unless paying by check, please allow two business days for transactions to be completed. Need an item fast? OVERNIGHT, 2-day and 3-day shipping services available.
EDPS 30 Day Return Policy
Returns will be honored provided EDPS is notified via e-mail or Phone within 30 days from the date of shipment of the order. Returns (excluding damage) should be returned freight prepaid via UPS Ground to 334 South Broadway Pitman NJ 08071. Please enclose a copy of your invoice with the reason for the return. A refund will be issued for the original price of the item provided the item is undamaged. Outgoing and Return freight is not refunded. Please allow 7 Business days for the refund once we receive your item back. Thank you!
If you should receive goods damaged in transit then please contact EDPS via e-mail SALES@EDPS.COM immediately upon receipt and we will process a claim on your behalf. Replacement product will be shipped to you upon verification and completion of your claim. Please provide complete information (ie: order information, shipping information etc.) in your e-mail notification so that we can process your claim in a more timely fashion. |
